The Practice of yoga…

Some days we don’t feel up to it. We tire of our regular practice, and we feel exhausted, sick, hungry

or depressed. Maybe we’re too busy, too stressed, or preoccupied. Remember…committing to a daily

practice, as well as the struggle around the commitment, IS YOGA!
